Nexora is designed for businesses whose work begins with an appointment and continues through a package or a series of sessions. Owners and authorized staff use the mobile app to keep customer records, create and update appointments, assign staff, connect appointments to services or packages, and see amounts received and still due.

When a recurring package or group schedule is set up, Nexora can create future appointments from that plan. If a group's day, time, staff member or room changes, the business can update future entries together. Each group member still keeps an individual package record and session balance, so a shared timetable does not erase the differences between members.

Customers use a separate view of the mobile app. They can see their own upcoming and past appointments and appointment details. If the business has turned on online booking, a customer can book through the link the business shares or in the app, only from the services and free times the business opens; they cannot change appointments the business entered. Package sessions and group appointments are not booked online; the business plans them. Nexora also records payment and commission information and prepares business reports; it does not collect service payments from customers.
