Notifications in Nexora
Nexora can keep the right people informed about appointments, packages, payments and staff changes. Device notifications and alerts inside the app are automatic product channels. Supported WhatsApp actions prepare a useful message and open the chat so the business stays in control of sending it.
Three simple places to see or share an update
A device notification can appear outside the open app. It may require an app account, a current device registration and permission on that device.
Inside Nexora, an alert can appear as a banner or a larger message. The notification inbox can also hold a record that the user may read or remove.
For supported appointment sharing, planned-payment reminders and remaining package balances, Nexora can prepare text and open the customer's WhatsApp chat. The business checks the message, edits it if needed and presses Send.
How notification channels work
These rules explain what Nexora does automatically and what remains a business action.
Automatic product channels are device and in-app alerts
Nexora can automatically use device notifications and banners or larger messages inside the app. It does not automatically send SMS, email or WhatsApp messages.
A device notification needs the right setup
The recipient may need a Nexora app account, a current device registration and notification permission on that device. If one is missing, the device alert may not appear.
The main business action still counts
Creating or changing an appointment, package or payment record remains valid even when no notification reaches a device.
Accepted for sending does not mean seen
A sending service can accept a device message without proving that it appeared on the device or that the person read it. Nexora does not promise delivery or read tracking for these messages.
An alert inside the app can be closed
A banner or larger in-app message can be dismissed. Closing that alert does not undo the appointment, payment or other business record behind it.
Inbox items can be read or removed
A user can mark a notification inbox item as read and can remove it from their view.
The notification inbox is temporary
Notification records are removed after 7 days. The inbox is a short-term reminder list, not a permanent archive.
Zero minutes means the appointment time
A reminder setting of 0 minutes does not turn reminders off. It means the reminder is due at the appointment time.
There is not a separate switch for every event
The guide lists supported event families, but it does not promise an individual on-or-off setting for each one.
The Owner usage reminder can have its own preference
The personal usage reminder for an Owner is managed separately from the appointment reminder time.
The business sends the WhatsApp message
Nexora prepares the text and opens WhatsApp. The business checks or edits the message and presses Send, so the final wording and decision remain with the business.
Appointment sharing starts with a ready chat
After a supported appointment action, Nexora can open the customer's WhatsApp chat with useful appointment details already prepared. The business can review and personalize them before sending.
Updates Nexora can help announce
The exact alert depends on the people, device setup and the event. These are the supported event families covered by this guide.
An appointment is created
A newly created appointment can produce an update with its useful details.
An appointment is updated
A supported change to an appointment can produce an update about the new details.
An appointment reminder is due
Nexora can prepare a reminder using the business's reminder time. Zero minutes means the appointment time.
A group appointment is created
Creating appointments for a group can produce customer updates and a useful business summary.
Recurring appointments are created
When a supported recurring series is prepared, Nexora can announce that the appointments were created.
A recurring group schedule changes
A supported change to a recurring group's schedule can produce an update for affected people.
One package session remains
When a package reaches one remaining session, Nexora can create a timely notice.
The last package session is used
The appointment that uses the last session can produce its own last-session notice.
A package is completed
Completing a package can produce an update. If money remains due, a supported action can also prepare a WhatsApp message for the business to send.
A package is renewed
A renewed package can produce an update about the new package period.
A package completes and renews together
When completion and renewal happen in one flow, Nexora can present one clear combined update.
A planned payment needs a reminder
A supported planned-payment action can prepare a reminder and a ready WhatsApp message. The business decides whether to send it.
A payment is recorded as received
After the business records a payment as received, Nexora can create a customer update about that record.
Pending appointments move after staff leaves
If a staff member leaves and their pending appointments are moved to the Owner, Nexora can show the Owner a summary of that move.
The Owner receives a usage reminder
Nexora can remind an Owner to return to regular business tasks. This reminder can have its own personal preference.
