Welcome to Nexora ('we', 'our', or 'us') and these Terms of Use ('Terms') that govern your use of our mobile application and services ('Services'). You may not use Nexora without accepting these Terms. Please read them carefully.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Nexora, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Nexora and remove the application from your device.

Nexora offers free and premium subscription plans. Premium subscriptions auto-renew and are subject to the following conditions:

• Your subscription will be charged through your Apple account.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the subscription period. Cancellation can be made from account settings.
• If you cancel your subscription, your access will continue until the end of the current subscription period.
• Prices may be changed without prior notice.
• Refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policy.

When creating and using your account, you agree to the following obligations:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account information and be responsible for all activities under your account
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share your account with another person

You are prohibited from using Nexora for the following purposes:

• Engaging in illegal activities or using for illegal purposes
• Violating the rights of others
• Distributing harmful software, viruses, or malicious code
• Disrupting, disabling, or damaging our Services
• Gaining unauthorized access to other users' data
• Sending spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk communications

Nexora and its content (logos, designs, text, graphics, software, etc.) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you the right to use Nexora but do not grant ownership rights.

Nexora is provided 'as is' and 'as available'. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of Nexora.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Services will immediately cease, and data in your account may be deleted.

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide notice through the app or via email. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
