Terms of Use

A plain-language explanation of the rules for using Nexora, store subscriptions, accounts, and business records.

Last updated:

1. What these terms cover

These terms apply when you use the Nexora mobile app, website, and related services. They explain the basic rules for accounts, business features, and subscriptions.

2. Using Nexora

By creating an account or using Nexora, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The Privacy Policy separately explains how Nexora handles information.

3. What the service does

Nexora provides tools for a business to organize its work. The features available to an account depend on its business relationship and role:

  • Businesses can keep customer, appointment, package, personnel, service, and payment records used in their own operations.
  • A payment entry in Nexora is an internal business record. Nexora does not charge a business's customer card or promise to make a bank transfer for that entry.
  • The business and its authorized users are responsible for the information they enter and for using it with the proper permission.
  • Features, limits, and availability can differ by account, role, device, app version, and the plan currently shown in the app.

4. App Store and Google Play subscriptions

Nexora subscriptions may be offered through Apple App Store and Google Play. The store purchase screen shows the available plan, billing period, price, currency, and any trial or other offer before you confirm the purchase.

  • A purchase is charged to the App Store or Google Play account used to confirm it.
  • Renewal follows the offer and settings shown by that store.
  • Manage or cancel the subscription from the same store account. Nexora's in-app business payment records do not manage the store subscription.
  • Cancellation and refund handling follow the rules and controls of the store where the purchase was made.
  • Deleting a Nexora account does not automatically cancel a store subscription. Cancel it separately in App Store or Google Play.

5. Your account

When you create and use an account:

  • Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Protect your sign-in details and do not let another person use your account as you.
  • Use only the business information and actions allowed by your current relationship and role.
  • Tell us if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

Read the account deletion instructions

6. Uses that are not allowed

Do not use Nexora to:

  • Break the law or violate another person's rights.
  • Access an account, business, or record without permission.
  • Upload malicious code or try to bypass security controls.
  • Disrupt the service or place an unreasonable load on it.
  • Impersonate another person or provide deliberately false account information.
  • Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages.

7. Nexora software and content

Nexora's software, name, logo, designs, and original content belong to Nexora or its licensors. These terms let you use the service while your account is allowed to access it; they do not transfer ownership of that software or content to you. You keep responsibility for the business information you enter.

8. Service availability and account action

Internet, device, store, and service-provider problems can affect Nexora. Features may be corrected, updated, limited, or removed as the product changes. Nexora may restrict or suspend access when needed to protect accounts or the service, or when these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change when Nexora's service or rules change. The date at the top shows when this page was last updated.
