Privacy Policy

This page explains the information Nexora handles when you use the app and website. Some information comes from you, some is created as you use Nexora, and some is provided by the device or app stores.

The information depends on which Nexora features you use:

• Account and profile: your name, email address, verified phone number, profile details, and the settings you choose.
• Business and personnel relationships: business profile details, address or saved business coordinate, services, working settings, and links between a business, its owners, and personnel.
• Customers, appointments, packages, and payment records: customer contact and service preferences, appointment details and notes, package balances or use, and payment records entered for business management.
• Notifications and device information: push notification tokens, device platform and app version, notification preferences, and delivery or failure information needed to operate notifications.
• Usage and acquisition measurement: app activity, installation or acquisition source, conversion events, consent state, and advertising identifiers where you allow advertising measurement. App usage events are deleted automatically 25 months after they occur; if you delete your account, they are deleted earlier. When an installation came from an ad, an anonymous per-ad install count is kept for up to 25 months; it holds only which ad, the phone type (Android/iPhone) and the date, with no device or installation identifier and nothing else that identifies you.
• We ask business owners once, optionally, 'How did you hear about us?'; your answer is stored only with your account, is used to evaluate our advertising and promotion work, is not shared with third parties, and is deleted when you delete your account.
• Location: a business may save its current coordinate for directory listing. A nearby search sends the device's current location with that request to sort results by distance; Nexora does not keep a location history for nearby searches.

Nexora uses the information to run the features you choose:

• Create and secure your account and connect it to the right business or personnel role.
• Let a business manage its customers, appointments, packages, and payment records.
• Send service messages, appointment reminders, and push notifications.
• Provide support, diagnose failures, prevent misuse, and improve service reliability.
• Measure feature use and, when advertising measurement consent is on, understand which acquisition channels and campaigns lead to app activity.
• Show a listed business in the directory and sort nearby results by distance when those location features are used.

Nexora uses service providers to operate hosting, notifications, support, diagnostics, analytics, and advertising measurement. Information may also be disclosed when required by a valid legal request or as part of a business transfer. When advertising measurement consent is on, hashed phone identifiers and conversion events may be sent to Meta or Google (email addresses are never shared for advertising), and Meta's app software may send the device advertising identifier and automatic app events directly from the device to Meta. If you allow advertising measurement (and, on iPhone, app tracking), the app records on your account the installation ID that Meta's software creates for your device, the device advertising identifier (IDFA/GAID) if available, the app and operating system versions and the device language; Nexora's server may send conversion events such as registration, trial start, purchase and business activation to Meta with this information. When you turn this consent off, this information is deleted from your account. If you allow advertising measurement, Google's in-app measurement software (Google Analytics for Firebase) may send app events and device/app identifiers directly from your device to Google. Turning that consent off stops new advertising measurement sharing from the app and Nexora's servers. Business directory information is visible to app users only while the business has chosen to be listed.

Nexora uses access controls, authentication, role checks, and encrypted network connections to reduce unauthorized access or disclosure. Access to business information depends on the account's relationship and role in that business.

You can update profile and consent settings in the app. When you first open the app, it asks for a separate permission to record which ad the installation came from. On the website, Meta and Google measurement scripts, advertising events and acquisition cookies remain off until you explicitly accept. If you accept, the current landing URL, campaign and ad parameters, available referring site and advertising click identifiers can be used to measure visits and store redirects. You can decline and still browse or download the app. Use the Cookie preferences link at the bottom of any page to change or withdraw your choice at any time. Withdrawal stops new website measurement and clears accessible advertising cookies; accepting again does not restore the refused landing information. Information already sent to providers and requests already in progress cannot be recalled. App Store campaign reports are aggregate reports and do not identify an individual app installation. The account deletion page explains how to start deletion and what happens next:

• Deleting an account removes the user account and user-level records. An active business owner must first resolve business ownership before deletion can complete.
• Customer records held by a business are business records. Deletion removes their link to the deleted user account, but the records can remain without that link and may reconnect if the same verified phone number is used later.
• Current account deletion does not automatically delete information already received by external analytics or advertising providers because the downstream deletion hook does not yet send a deletion request to those providers.
• If an active subscription appears in App Store or Google Play, cancel it in that store as well. Deleting the Nexora account does not cancel an app-store subscription.

Nexora is built for businesses and the people who manage them. It is not designed as a service for children. If you think a child has created an account, contact us so we can review it.
