Delete My Account

You can delete your account and all your personal data in two ways:

  • In the app: open the Nexora app → menu → "Delete My Account". (You must first close any businesses you own.)
  • If you removed the app: email support@getnexora.app and ask to delete your account. We complete requests within 30 days.

Data that gets deleted

  • Your profile and account information
  • Your appointment history
  • Your customer records
  • Your subscription history
  • Your usage and acquisition (attribution) data

This action cannot be undone. Deleted data cannot be recovered.

If you have an active subscription, cancel it separately in the App Store or Google Play — deleting your account does not cancel the subscription automatically.
